Other Updates:
- The 2020 UCPath Production Processing Schedule (version 06.04.20) is available on UCPath Online. Updates include adding the time deadline for Pay Statements (8:00 AM) and GL Post confirm (4:30 AM). View the Production Processing Schedule
- The form: FR.021 – Recurring Additional Pay Change Request, has been added to the Forms Library on UCPath
- There is a new process for handling retro triggers for FTE increases. Under the new process, Management Approval is no longer required to cancel retro triggers for FTE increases. The new process will streamline the processing of these types of off-cycle requests and ensure that accruals/ACA balances are adjusted accordingly.
- All Off-Cycles received for FTE increases will be scheduled for processing as any other off-cycle request that is submitted correctly.
- The Off-Cycle Team will no longer be reaching out to Management for approval to cancel the retro trigger.
- The Off-Cycle Team will no longer be reaching out to the Retro Team to request cancellation of triggers for FTE increases.
- The Retro Team will cancel such triggers as they identify them per their processes.
