Removed Deduction Codes: PARKBT, PARKAT, TRANBT, TRANAT from the drop-down box on the "Create General Deduction" page's (E086) so Parking/Transit deductions will not be submitted as general deductions and will calculate "Before Tax" and "After Tax" amounts according to the IRS rules.

~ Applied a 6% range adjustment to all employees effective 4/20/2020 to be paid on 6/1/2020 paycheck. 

~ Applied a 3% range adjustment to all employees effective 7/1/2020 to be paid on 8/1/2020 paycheck.
