  • The R-028 Local Parking/Transit Report is only applicable to UCOP.  Other locations should not utilize this report for reconciling parking deductions.
  • The Payroll Processing Schedule 2020 has been updated and the LBNL Payroll Processing Schedule has been added to UCPath online.  Navigate to UCPath > Quicklinks > Payroll Resources > Payroll Processing Schedules & Working Hours
  • UCPath updated the following training materials: 
    • Employee Self-Service (POR111: Employee Actions: Payroll Information):
      • Simulation: Update My Out-Of-State Tax Withholding
        • Updated to reflect the most current version of the form
    • Employee Self-Service (POR113: Employee Actions: International Hire):
      • Job Aid:  Cancel Out-Of-State Income Tax Withholding form renamed to  Change Tax Status from International to U.S.
        • Updated the Overview section to clarify the purpose of the job aid
