Implemented a new EARN code (SRP) to support the 10-percent salary reduction for the President and UC Chancellors. Created a new Job Earnings Distribution (JED) Action Reason Code: TSR (Temp Vol Salary Reduction).

Updated the mapping of leaves in the Administer Extended Absence Page for the NX Nurses Child Care Leave.  Updated the mapping from "CHI" for Child Bearing, to "ACC" for Additional Child Care Leave.
