Implemented new functionality in UCPath enabling employees to schedule phone appointments for assistance with submitted inquiries. One-hour appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Other Updates & Reminders:

  • Short work break workaround retired: The temporary workaround requiring employees with multiple concurrent jobs who are put on short work break to have the position’s FTE reduced to 0.01 in order to calculate the correct benefit eligibility, has been retired. Locations no longer need to follow this workaround when putting employees with multiple concurrent jobs on short work break.
  • Payroll processing schedule: The Payroll Processing Schedule has been updated. Navigate to UCPath > Quicklinks > Payroll Resources to view the schedule. The new schedule has been communicated to the location payroll teams under separate cover.
  • Training: UCPath updated the following training materials:
    • Simulation: Submit an Inquiry to UCPath.
      • Title change from “Submit Case to UCPath Center” to “Submit an Inquiry to UCPath.”
      • This simulation is updated to include steps for requesting a callback appointment.
    • Simulation: Submit an Inquiry on Behalf of Employee (SOBO) to UCPath.
      • Title changed from “Submit a Case on Behalf of Employee (SOBO) to UCPath Center” to “Submit an Inquiry on Behalf of Employee (SOBO) to UCPath.”
      • This simulation is updated to include steps for requesting a callback appointment.
