UCPath recently implemented the changes listed below.

Absence Management

Other Updates & Reminders:

The June monthly release date has moved from June 28 to July 6 due to the Juneteenth holiday being observed on June 28 as well as other pay cycle activities (including year-end activity). For users with JIRA access, any planned change requests or fixes with a “Fix Version” of June will be implemented on the evening of July 6.
The 2021 UCPath Production Processing Schedule has been updated to include the Juneteenth holiday. Navigate to UCPath > Quicklinks > Payroll Resources, and select Payroll Processing Schedules & Working Hours to access the schedule.
Training: Navigate to UCPath > Help > Location Users to access recently updated training materials:

    - Added new I-181 PFCB related error messages for PFN and PFL

Did You Know? The system will automatically terminate an employee’s job when the “End Job Automatically” checkbox is selected.

The system will automatically enter a termination row the night of the expected job end date
Benefits will automatically terminate at the end of the month of the job end date
Examples:
- A termination row with an effective date of 6/1 will have benefits terminate on 5/31
- A termination row with an effective date of 6/2 will have benefits terminate on 6/30
If an employee’s job is terminated and subsequently updated and extended, benefits will not be automatically reinstated. A case must be submitted to UCPath to reinstate benefits.
