Other Updates & Reminders:
- Beginning 7/27, specific pages in UCPath will appear as “read only” between the “stop” and “resume” dates/times on the UCPath Production Processing Schedule.
- PayPath transactions will be displayed as “read only” for any employee being processed in the current pay cycle.
- The Mass PayPath Approval page will be displayed as “read only” for all employees.
- Review the Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
- Usability updates have been made to the SharePoint page that houses the Functional Design Documents (FDD) including a new status field (active, retired, etc.) and additional views to organize and sort FDDs (by status and type).
Did You Know? HR Smart Templates do not have global (non-US) address logic
- This means global addresses may not map over correctly from HR Smart Templates to UCPath.
- When working with employees with a global address, we recommend asking the employee to log into UCPath to verify and update their address if necessary.
