• UCPath Upgrade: After more than a year of planning and collaboration, UCPath successfully completed the first major UCPath upgrade in four years! Our last upgrade took place before we deployed UCPath at UCLA and UCSB! This initiative included 20 separate Oracle upgrades, as UCPath jumped from version 17 to version 37 at once.  As a result, UCPath is now on a fully supported version of PeopleSoft and we are well positioned to implement new functionality that will improve both UCPath and location operations. Thanks to all our location partners for your support of this important initiative.  The code freeze will continue to be in effect until December 31.
• Training: Navigate to UCPath > Help > Location Users to access recently updated training materials: 
  • ePerformance (PHCMEPR300: Location Configuration Activities)
  •  Simulation: Build and Define Group - Using Group Criteria ID
    • Updated to include the new Group Build Exceptions feature allowing exclusions and additions within the group build result set 
  • Simulation: Build and Define Group - Using Query Name
    •   Updated to include the new Group Build Exceptions feature allowing exclusions and additions within the group build result set
  • Simulation: Define Document Template
    • Updated to reflect the following template set up options:
      • Include in Define Criteria and Include in Track Progress options are now split into two checkboxes 
      • New checkboxes Employee can view before submit, and Employee can delete before submit
      • Enable users the ability to add participant feedback
      • Allow employees to add an attachment to their self-evaluations
