Other Updates & Reminders:
The following training updates are now available on the UCPath help site for Self Service Users and Location Users.

Effective April 1, 2023, a new BR unit (Graduate Student Researchers/International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America 2865 (UAW)) was created in UCPath, and academic GSR job codes were mapped to a new salary grade.
- The new salary grade “1” is mapped to T022 salary admin plan and grade “IV” will be inactivated with an effective date of 04/01/2023.
- Please remember to update position numbers with new union, grade, employee relations code, and an effective date of April 1, prior to submitting hire transactions.
- To ensure data integrity, beginning 4/27/2023, template transactions will be canceled if new union details are not provided on template transactions.

- Access the site from the Location support site > Reporting
- The site includes functional design documents (FDDs) for all reports
- Scroll down to see descriptions of all systemwide reports
- Authorized users can run Cognos reports from UCPath > Quicklinks>Cognos Reports.
