UCPath Direct Retro System Issue – What to Do

It has been determined that there is currently a UCPath system issue that occurs with some salary cost transfers (Direct Retro). In those cases, the benefits are erroneously not transferring with the salaries and will require a correction.

CLICK HERE for slides that show how to determine if this problem exists and who to contact to get it resolved if the benefits did not transfer correctly. Please note that sometimes the benefit transfer has taken place in a different period than the cost transfer.

It is very important to only do one paycheck at a time when doing direct retro transactions. The functionality in the system is not working properly when combining paychecks.
