Issue 17
UCPath is the University of California’s priority program to implement a comprehensive payroll, benefits, human resources and academic personnel solution for all UC employees.

Thank You and Happy Holidays

Preparing for UCPath has been, and continues to be, a monumental project. It can’t happen without dedicated people like you. From training to transactions, you are a critical component of this endeavor —the largest administrative project in UC’s history.

With so much behind us, there is also much ahead — we’ve only just begun. The new year will bring UCPath’s new processes and procedures, new questions, and new way of doing everyday transactions. Together, we will navigate this new system with success.

Thank you for being a part of this team. Thank you for your time and talent. Thank you for your patience and for the work you do every day to ensure people get paid. We at the UCI UCPath Project Team are grateful for you and wish you a happy holiday along with a joyous new year.

Training Information

  • Planning for February training is in process. More information will be coming soon.
  • If you haven’t already done so, register for and take the two mandatory web-based training classes, “Intro to UCPath” and “Basics & Navigation,” which must be completed prior to attending the first classroom session.  Training classes are available on the UCI Learning Center (UCLC).  Division CPOs and MAABOs can help employees  determine the courses they need to take based on their responsibilities in UCPath.
  • View the UCI UCPath Training Guide for a comprehensive repository of training materials to support your transition into the new UCPath system. The guide provides various learning tools available to employees within the UCI UCPath website and the UC Learning Management System (UCLC). View additional training materials at ucpath.uci.edu in the Transactional User section.
