Other Updates & Reminders:
- A new reporting overview has been created outlining the various reporting options available today (e.g. metrics dashboard, Cognos, Reporting instance, etc.). The overview has been posted on the Location Support Site under Other Resources.
- Did you know? Retroactive changes to job data can take 30 days to re-evaluate benefits
- Job Data attributes – including FTE, Duration and EMPL Class play a significant role in determining benefits eligibility.
- When retroactive changes are made to Job Data, the systematic re-evaluation of benefits can take up to 30 days. You can submit a case to UCPath to expedite the re-evaluation of benefits if necessary
Example: An employee’s FTE was incorrectly set to 1 and has been updated to 0. Submit a case to have the system re-evaluate the employee’s eligibility for benefits
