- UCPath updated the mass hire (E-346) template as part of the June release. As of June 20, 2023, UCPath will not accept prior versions of the mass hire template. To avoid processing delays, please use the updated version of the template.

Did you know? When terminating an employee that is on Short Work Break (SWB) or Leave of Absence (LOA), the last date worked submitted on the HR Termination transaction should align with the last day they reported to work.
- Example:
- Employee was placed on SWB effective 04/01/2023
- Last Day Worked: 03/31/2023
- Last Day Worked submitted on a termination template should also be 03/31/2023.
