Who to contact with an issue or question:

  • Your department contact (payroll, HRBP, CPO, CAO, ASM, MAABO, etc.)
  • UCI's Employee Experience Center (EEC) — UCI’s local support center. Call 949-824-0500, email eec@uci.edu or visit  eec.hr.uci.edu
  • UCPath Center (in Riverside)
    • Open a case with UCPath Center through UCPath Online — Select the yellow “Ask UCPath” button at the top right of your screen to send a secure message or virtually “chat” live with a UCPath Center associate between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    • Call 855-982-7284 to speak with a UCPath Center associate Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Transactional Users

Email the Employee Experience Center at eec@uci.edu for questions related to working with transactions within the new UCPath system, call them at 949-824-0500, or open a case at eec.hr.uci.edu.

  • UCI UCPath Call-In Center
    • The call-in center is available 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. A support team member will answer the call, ask you what type of question you have, and then direct you how to get support via Zoom. They will direct you immediately to a team member’s zoom # or set an appointment for a zoom session later that day.
  • UCPath Center (in Riverside)
