Where to Go for Questions and Help

Who to call for help regarding UCPath, pay, and benefits:

UCI Employee

Your department contact, if applicable (payroll, CPO, ASM, MAABO, etc.)

  • Employee Experience Center (EEC): UCI’s local support center Call 949-824-0500, email or visit
  • UCPath Online:
    Log In.
    Option 1: Log in. Select the yellow “Ask UCPath Center” button at the top right of your browser window to open up a secure message
    Option 2: Virtually “chat” live with a UCPath Center associate between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. about a variety of topics, including Direct Deposit, personal data, tax information, manager actions, etc.
Transactional Users

For questions related to working with transactions within the new UCPath system.

  • Call in to UCPath transactional support Zoom line Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm.
  • Go to Users for job aides, training materials and other resources.

Employees who enroll in benefits through UCPath are invited to participate in a live webinar to ask questions and learn more about UC’s benefits program.
