Coming July 14: A Fresh Look for UCPath Online
The UCPath portal is getting a new, user-friendly look on July 14, 2025. This new interface is designed to make it easier for employees, managers, and transactors to find the most used tools and information. Whether you’re checking pay or leave balances, reviewing benefits, or updating personal information, the new navigation will help lead you to it.
NOTE: To prepare for this change, UCPath will be unavailable from Friday, July 11 at 12:00 PM until Monday, July 14 at 6:00 AM.

UCPath will be updated with a new look and feel July 14, 2025 (subject to change).
This update is mostly an aesthetic change to modernize the user experience. Similar to the UC Irvine website, the menu will move to the top of the page with expanding menu options, making it easier to find the information you need. Also, the redesign features a new Manager Hub and a Transactor Hub. All of the features available now will still be available after the update.
This change reduces customizations, improves functionality and prepares the system for more efficient updates in the future.
No, your login and the UCPath URL will remain the same (ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu).
Yes, security questions will still be used to ensure your data is secure in UCPath. You do not need to set up security questions again.
